Step 1: Check The Jar Cap

The cap of the jar will contain a hologram sticker. Fake Nitrotech Ripped jars will usually be missing this sticker.

If this sticker is missing on your Nitrotech Ripped jar then it’s most probably fake.

Please note that Muscletech has recently changed its packaging. They have removed the neckband seal. Also in the previous packaging, you may find an older variant of the sticker. Kindly avoid jumping to conclusions without completing the verification.

You will find a large Muscletech Logo on the front of the jar. The large M will contain a grid-like pattern on its lower left portion.

Also, the M in Muscletech will be slightly tilted towards the right.

The word Muscletech has been printed with a unique pattern i.e you’ll notice an inner lining on the print. If you touch that portion of the jar you will feel a different texture as compared to other parts of the jar.

Step 3: Check Fonts and Text

Muscletech uses premium quality fonts on its jar. The alphabet a and g have a very distinct look.

If your Nitrotech Ripped jar contains low-quality fonts or spelling mistakes and poor grammar then it’s most probably fake.

Nitro-Tech is a registered trademark and will have the ® or ™ symbol attached to it everywhere on the jar.

The double dagger symbol will be present alongside the 3 ingredients mentioned at the front of the jar i.e Protein, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, C. Canephora Robusta Extract.

This symbol indicates the amount of those 3 ingredients present in one serving.

If these symbols are missing on your Nitrotech Ripped jar then it’s most probably fake.


Step 5: Check The Importer Tag

All genuine Nitrotech Ripped Jars will include an official Importer Tag of Shri Balaji Overseas along with their Hologram.

It’s very important to check the manufacturer and supplier names on the importer tag. Fake products usually have wrong information on their tags and most of these include fake tags which don’t even have a proper scratch code.

New Changes in Shri Balaji Overseas (GMC) Importer Tag

The genuine importer tag will include a golden and silver portion. The golden portion includes the GMC Logo and a hidden scratch code. After scratching the code you can send it to +91-8510012244 for verification.

The silver portion is a new addition and will include alternate triangles and circles containing the alphabets U and F.

Step 6: Check The Fill Line Indicator

The new packaging includes a fill line indicator which basically shows how high on your bottle the protein powder should be at the time of purchase. Please note that some settling may occur and the powder may not be at that exact level.

Step 14: Check The Base Of The Jar
