RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

2. Your Order Cancellation Rights
Health Supplements are non-returnable, and we guarantee the authenticity of our products.
You are only entitled to cancel Your Order if it doesn’t verify online.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
3. Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
– The Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned to us:
01. Samples and Travel Packs.
02. The supply of Goods through third-party affiliate links belonging to online e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
03. The supply of Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
04. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed or tampered with after delivery.
05. The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
06. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We won’t be able to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve paid using a credit card then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
